Upload your existing resume (PDF format) to Tellus. Bypassing simplistic text extractions, Tellus reads your CV's overall context, experience milestones, technical capabilities, and location parameters. It formats these details into a standardized, machine-readable developer profile that maps perfectly to recruiters' screening databases.
Daily Scrapes & Aggregation
Our crawling engines run automated sweeps of leading career sites, portal pages, and corporate listings every single morning at 8:00 AM EAT. We extract active roles, filter out duplicate postings and expired ghost listings, and index fresh openings in a central feed.
Semantic Match Calculations
Rather than scanning for raw letters (which misses similar phrases and returns false matches), Tellus measures the semantic overlap between your qualifications and the listing guidelines. It computes a precise 0-100% match score with detailed pros/cons listing showing exactly how well you fit.
Staged Deliverables Staging
For positions requiring email, Tellus links with your Gmail (using secure OAuth) to automatically stage a custom cover letter, CV profile summary, and introductory message inside your drafts folder. For portals, it packs credentials into quick-copy blocks, and synchronizes the PDFs in structured Google Drive folders.
Auto-Apply & Interview Coaching
Power Users can activate Automatic Application Mode. Once enabled, Tellus automatically sends application emails via Gmail as soon as a 90%+ match is crawled. Concurrently, Tellus activates Interview Mode, generating a custom coaching guide with anticipated technical mock questions matched to the JD.
